YARNS
At Cappio Tessuti, every fabric begins with the finest raw materials — the true foundation of exceptional denim.
We carefully select premium cotton, including organic and conventional varieties, along with regenerated and recycled synthetic fibers, and cellulosic fibers — both natural and industrial. Our blends often feature linen, hemp, wool, cashmere and other natural fibers, chosen for their unique texture, durability, and natural beauty.

DYEING
The blue dyed yarn typical of our denim fabrics is produced in highly specialized facilities designed to give denim its unmistakable character. The process involves dyeing cotton yarns with indigo before weaving, using a series of controlled baths that gradually build up the desired depth of color.
Through state-of-the-art technology and precise process management, the plant ensures uniform, high-quality shades while maintaining the natural look and feel of traditional denim. WEAVING
